Introduction to Acting and Auditioning for Mobile Games
Single Day sessions - $200

Ginger will cover essential skills for aspiring voice actors. Participants will learn the differences between console and mobile game voice acting styles, how auditions vary, and techniques for analyzing character artwork to inform vocal choices. The workshop includes hands-on practice with dialogue and character archetypes, a group exercise to guess character voices, and tips for finding mobile game work. It concludes with a Q&A session and networking opportunities.

Ginger Sue is a local Houston voice actor who has booked over 150 mobile games/ videogames, voicing around 270 characters in them. Some notable roles would include Atea in Genshin Impact, Galatea in Strinova, Cyra in Naraka: Bladepoint, Morrigan in Fantasian Neo Dimension, Agent Zero in Punishing Gray Raven, and Trudy/Nia in My Time at Sandrock. Ginger spent four years in theater stage productions in college, three years in character performance at Walt Disney World Florida, and has spent the last 8 years pursuing voice acting. She booked her first videogame in 2020 and has found this genre to be her niche.
