Join us for a playful yet healing, costume party circle in honor of the Halloween season — a night to move, laugh, and celebrate being alive in our bodies.
Our returning featured guest, Amy Goodyear, is also a pole dancing instructor and she will guide us through hip-liberating movements that awaken confidence and flow. Drawing from her pole-dance and movement classes, Amy helps us reconnect with our body’s natural rhythm and express ourselves freely and joyfully — no performance, just pure embodied fun.
When we release stuck energy in our hips, we free ourselves to move forward in life. Opening this space helps us soften resistance, invite flow, and step into our power with more ease and confidence.

Light drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
If you’d like to bring something to share, you’re more than welcome — but it’s absolutely not required.
You’ll find us gathered beneath the glowing oak tree at my home in East Milton — just 22–28 minutes from most areas in Pensacola, Navarre, and Midway, and about 35 minutes from Gulf Breeze proper.
