Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what feels stuck, and what steps can help you feel more confident and aligned.

Art Therapy Peer Supervision Group

Working solo as an art therapist can sometimes feel isolating — but you don’t have to do it alone. Join a community of fellow art therapists for 1–2 monthly gatherings focused on consultation, creativity, and connection.

Together we’ll share case reflections, explore new art directives, and support one another in navigating the joys and challenges of this work. Open to art therapists at all stages of their careers. (Note: This group does not provide licensure supervision hours, but you can email me at rachel@deepintheartoftexastherapy.com if that is what you are looking for!)

6-Session Individual Coaching Package
This one-on-one coaching series is designed for expats, future expats, and creatives who want deeper, personalized support through life transitions. Across six 50-minute sessions, we’ll clarify your goals, explore challenges, and use creative, reflective tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and inspired. You’ll receive individualized guidance shaped by my experience as a licensed professional counselor, art therapist, and creativity coach — so you can navigate change with clarity and self-trust, wherever you are in the world.

Move Abroad Journal Sprints

A calm, creative space to reconnect with yourself, wherever you are in the world.
Moving abroad can feel like both an adventure and an upheaval. It’s easy to get caught up in logistics and forget to pause. These weekly 30-minute journal sprints offer a time to breathe, reflect, and find meaning in your expat journey.
Each session includes:
  • A weekly theme designed for expats (like belonging, identity, or resilience)
  • A guided journaling prompt with a few minutes of quiet writing time
  • A brief chance to share or connect with others who “get it”
You don’t have to be a “writer.” These sessions are about reflection, not perfection. Whether you’re preparing to move or already abroad, you’ll leave each session feeling a little more centered, grounded, and seen.

Who it’s for: Future expats, new expats, digital nomads, and globally minded souls
Bring a journal, a pen, and your favorite beverage. Come as you are — write, reflect, and reconnect.

Group Move Abroad Coaching on Wedesdays

Preparing to move abroad or adjusting to life in a new country can bring excitement, uncertainty, and a rollercoaster of emotions. This small-group coaching experience offers a supportive, creative space to explore the mental and emotional side of the expat journey alongside others who “get it.”

As a licensed professional counselor, art therapist, and creativity coach, I guide each session using a blend of reflection, discussion, and creative expression (no art experience required!). Together, we’ll explore common challenges like leaving loved ones behind, navigating identity changes, coping with homesickness, and building resilience in times of transition.
You’ll leave each session with greater clarity, emotional grounding, and creative tools you can continue using long after the group ends.

What’s Included

  • Six 75-minute small-group sessions (via Zoom)
  • Guided coaching and reflection activities designed to build self-awareness and resilience
  • Art- and creativity-based prompts to help you process emotions and reduce stress
  • A private, supportive space to share experiences and learn from others
  • Optional journal or art challenges between sessions for continued growth
  • Encouragement, insight, and accountability from both the coach (that’s me!) and your peers
