Whole Body Reflex with Footbath Addon
Duration: 65 minutes

This appointment is for clients who are 16yrs and above. It is for a 50minute whole body Reflexology with a pre-treatment footbath add-on.
This is ideal if you are attending your treatment in the morning or evening directly from work and is a lovely way to freshen up before your relaxing reflexology treatment. Please be sure to pack clean socks for after your treatment.
This add-on takes place in the 20 minutes immediately before your Reflexology treatment. Please arrive on-time or it will impact your treatment time. Remember to follow the treatment aftercare advice.

Fertility Reflexology

Fertility Reflexology is a reflexology treatment which focuses primarily on the endocrine system and reproductive system reflexes, although you will receive a whole body treatment.
Fertility reflexology pinpoints these areas as fertility is mostly affected by the body's hormones and possible physical challenges within the reproductive system.

Maternity Reflexology
Duration: 45 minutes

Maternity Reflexology is a reflexology treatment is a soothing and therapeutic reflexology treatment which brings great comfort to each expectant mother. Maternity reflexology is only carried out after the 15th week of gestation. This is to ensure ethical care of both parent and child.
Please advise if you have had any difficulties during your pregnancy and/or any levels of discomfort you are experiencing. NB: Please bear in mind, materntiy reflexology is not a medical procedure and does not negate the guidance or advice of your primary medical practitioner.
Please note, the therapy space is a first floor venue with stairway access only. Alternatively you can choose a home visit for your comfort. This would carry a travel surcharge, so please ask Sinead for more details.
Please ensure your feet are washed and dried before the treatment. It is possible to request a 'maternity mini-foot soak' prior to your treatment (this is €25 extra and requires an additional 15 minutes). Simply ask Sinead if you would like to add this on. Natural Induction Reflexology

Natural Induction Reflexology is a therapeutic reflexology treatment which requires senstivity and mindfulness as well as true care and understanding of the needs of the expectant mother.
Natural Induction Reflexology is a single session treatment and this treatment is carried out at Sinead's therapy space in Navan, Co. Meath. If you require a mobile visit to your home, your chosen maternity hospital, birthing centre or alternative location, then book a Mobile Natural Induction Reflexology treatment.
Sinead provides greater flexibility for that appointment over standard bookings, as your baby doesn't yet understand calendars and schedules. This means that once booked the cost is non-refundable. Should baby arrive earlier than expected, you can of course ofset the cost of this treatment against a Newborn Assessment or Reflexology session or a Postnatal session for yourself.
Natural Induction Reflexology involves a full body reflexology treatment to provide soothing calm to you and your body prior to the labour and birthing process. The Natural Induction element after your initial treatment, focuses on the reflex points for the endocrine (hormones) system and reproductive (ovaries, womb, cervic etc.,) system.
By working these areas, the body is naturally encouraged to soften and to 'let go' promoting a more natural onset of labour than medical inducement or clinical sweep.
The effects of this treatment can be swift, promoting onset of labour with a day or even hours of receipt of the treatment. If you have any questions not answered here, please ask Sinead.

Newborn Assessment
Duration: 20 minutes
Cost: €30
This appointment is to assess your newborn who has non-medical related issues such as difficult settling, feeding or sleeping. The purpose of the assessment is to determine if reflexology as a holistically therapeutic intervention may be of benefit to them.
The assessment takes 20 minutes.
During the course of your newborn's assessment, it will be necessary to remove their clothing, down to the nappy to review baby's alignment and observe certain characteristic movements which give an indication of issues presenting. Rest assured your infant's warmth, comfort and safety are paramount. You are at all times present in the room.

We can discuss the Newborn Reflexology Care Package at your assessment and you can then booking your newborns treatment dates which are typically spaced 3 and 10 days apart from the first actual treatment.

Newborn Reflexology Care
Duration: 3 x 60 minutes

This appointment is for the Newborn Reflexology Care Package. This consists of three sessions of max 45mins duration. During the course of your newborn's treatment, it will be necessary to remove their clothing, down to the nappy to ascertain baby's spinal alignment and observe certain characteristic movements which give an indication of issues presenting. Rest assured your infant's warmth, comfort and safety are paramount.
The Newborn Care Package can only booked as a three session package. Having booked an attended this session, the subsequent sessions will be placed in the diary on the basis of Day 4 and Day 7 after the previous treatment. This allows your newborn's body to gradually adjust to the healing and ensures they are not left uncomfortable for any period of time.
Generally issues will resolve after three sessions although in some circumstances it may take a little longer. Sinead will be able to advise of this following the first treatment.

MOBILE Newborn & Infant Reflexology

This appointment is for a mobile newborn or infant reflexology visit, from birth to 24 months. It can be difficult to mobilise everyone and everything when your child is very young and so Sinead offers home and hospital visits for newborn and infant reflexology.
During the course of your infant's treatment, they will be undressed down to the nappy to allow Sinead sight of baby's spinal alignment and observe characteristic movements which give her an indication of issues presenting. Rest assured your infant's warmth, comfort and safety are paramount.
This is one of three treatments which form the Newborn Care Package. This is booked following an initial assessment which you would book seperately and come to the SCK Holistic Therapies clinic for. These appointments are booked 4 and then 7 days apart, to ensure sufficient time for baby to respond to the work.

MOBILE Palliative Care Reflexology

This appointment is for Palliative Care Reflexology treatment in an outside location of your chosing. This can be anywhere within a 15km radius of the clinic in Navan, Co. Meath. Sinead's aim during these treatments is to ensure the comfort and holistic wellbeing of the client. She will endeavour to ensure all needs are met including no perfumes or scented products being used unless requested, being mindful of particular fabrics being used and the client's music choice, if preferred. Please just ask. These elements are hugely important to Sinead to get right for the client's personal comfort and wellbeing.
Time is an important aspect of this treatment. Time for the client to relax down and calm their body systems. Time for family to sit with the client and gently share this special space, if that meets with the client's wishes. It is also time for the client, to release any worries or concerns they may have in a quiet, non-judgemental space. Most importantly, time to experience the soothing and calm elements, Palliative Care Reflexology will bring.
As Palliative Care Reflexology is a treatment often used in end of life care, please advise in the question options if this is the case. Sinead will provide peace and calm for you or your loved one at this time. The treatment differs slightly, with the client's needs in mind.
This treatment service is also available out of hours between 6pm and 8:30am Monday-Friday, on weekends and bankholidays. A €50 out of hours service will apply, and Sinead will endeavour to provide a 24/7 service in as much as is possible. If you wish to book out of hours, please telephone Sinead on 0878974825.
It is advisable to let Sinead know of the current situation, should an out of hours, end of life service be required in the coming days or weeks to ensure continuity of care for you or your loved one.

Thermal Ear Candling

This treatment is suitable for those who suffer with sinusitis, itchy ear or post-nasal drip.Non-medical hearing impairment may also benefit from this treatment.
It includes a mini holistic facial massage. An oil patch test will be done prior to the treatment beginning to ensure you are not allergic to the oils used. Please remove all ear, face and neck jewellery and ensure your face is free of make-up.
