Manuela wird dir am Ende des Gesprächs ihre professionelle Einschätzung zur Situation und auch ein Feedback geben können, welche sinnvollen Schritte es für eine wirksame Veränderung braucht.
Dieses Erstgespräch ist die Voraussetzung für ein Coaching.
Manuela wählt die Familien aus, die ins 1:1 Coaching und ins Familien Coaching kommen dürfen, da es ihr wichtig ist, dass die Zusammenarbeit stimmt und damit langfristige Erfolge damit erzielt werden können.

This will be a non-binding, free conversation where we look at your family situation, the current problems and also your wishes (for your child and yourself).
At the end of the conversation, Manuela will be able to give you her professional assessment of your situation and also feedback on the steps that are needed for a change.
This initial consultation is the perequisite for coaching. Manuela selects the families for a 1:1 coaching and also for a family coaching, as it’s important to her that cooperation is right and that long-term success can be achieved with it.
