Wednesday 3rd December. Sound Under the Stars
The first Sound Under the Stars on Friday 5th December is officially sold out — and my heart is full. 💗
So many of you reached out wanting to come, and I could feel it — this experience needed one more night.
So, I’m opening an extra experience on Wednesday 3rd December, under the gentle glow of the Full Moon. 🌕
These nights are small, powerful, and deeply personal.
A safe space to slow down, lie back, look up, and simply be.
We’ll gather outdoors, surrounded by nature — stars above, moonlight around us, and the deep, rolling sound of the gongs helping your body unwind and your mind find stillness.
It’s your midweek pause to reflect on the year that’s been, refill your energy, and find a little calm before the festive season begins.
Come on your own, or share the experience with friends or family — a beautiful gift to yourself or someone you love.
All you need is an open heart and mind. The rest will take care of itself.

A gentle burning ceremony – write it, release it, let it go (optional)

This private gong sound experience is a 60-minute reset for your mind, body, and nervous system. Whether you’re carrying stress, tension, mental overload, anxiety, or you’re simply craving some quiet — this session meets you exactly where you’re at.

A gong sound experience is a full-body immersion in therapeutic sound.
You lie down, get cosy, close your eyes, and let deep waves of vibration move through you — calming your mind, slowing your thoughts, and easing tension from your body.

- Full bedding setup — mat, pillow, blanket + eye mask
- 45 minutes of pure gong sound
