Strategy Session

This is a free call for new patients.  It is designed for me to learn about you and what your goals are as well as for you to learn about my services and to determine if I am the right practitioner to support you on your journey to optimal wellbeing. We will discuss if I can support you and if not,  possibly provide you with a referral to another practitioner.  

Initial Nutrition Consultation

Did you know that many of your health symptoms could be directly related to what you eat or, better yet, what you don’t eat? Since your health and wellness issues are unique to you, any plan to support you should be too.


This nutrition consultation involves building a detailed picture of your lifestyle, eating habits, medical history and any concerns you have about your health and wellbeing. This session will include a thorough review of your intake forms, symptom questionnaire, basic lab analyses*, and 3 day food journal. We will discuss your goals and why they are important to you.


After this, I will guide you through some initial changes including some changes to your diet and lifestyle habits that will support you toward your wellness and health goals. These recommendations are not meant to be overwhelming, and we will discuss the practicality of you being able to put forth the effort to make these adjustments. It will be different for each person and why I focus on my plans being individualized. If there is need for additional testing, we will discuss this as well.


*There may be an additional fee for interpretation of any advanced or functional labs.


*Depending on method of payment chosen, there may be a 4.0% fee added to your invoice. Please do not pay until we've discussed payment options.

Between Session Follow Up

This is a check in for those who have purchased a nutrition package if needed for support, questions, or anything that is on your mind about the treatment protocol given.

Follow Up Without Review of Labs

In this session, we will review any changes you were able to implement, what seemed easy and what seemed challenging.  If there were challenges, I will guide you in creating new goals that are more easily obtainable so we can build a strong foundation and continue to build on it from there.


We may also review your diet trackers, Food/Mood and Lifestyle journals, as well as evaluate your sleep and energy changes, if any, and answer any questions you may have.


If time permits, we can review recent lab analyses; however, this typically takes more time and may require a longer session. If you have new labs, to be on the safe side, I'd recommend the 1 hour follow up instead.

Follow Up with Lab Review

In this session, we will review any changes you were able to implement, what seemed easy and what seemed challenging.  If there were challenges, I will guide you in creating new goals that are more easily obtainable so we can build a strong foundation and continue to build on it from there.

We may also review your diet trackers, Food/Mood and Lifestyle journals, as well as evaluate your sleep and energy changes, if any, and answer any questions you may have.

We will review recent lab analyses and changes since your initial consultation or last lab analyses review. It is important for you to understand how the lifestyle and dietary changes you are making is impacting your overall health and what can be contributing to certain conditions or symptoms.

The results and changes, if any, in your lab analyses allows me to revise and improve the dietary and lifestyle plan that is just for you.
