Community Virtual Vinyasa Flow – By Donation
Join us every Friday for an all-levels vinyasa yoga class that connects breath with movement. We will begin with a mindful warm-up, move into an energizing flow to build strength and flexibility, and finish with grounding stretches to encourage balance and focus.
This class is offered by donation. Contributions are appreciated but never required—your presence and participation are what matter most.
This practice is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, interested in improving strength and balance, or wishing to experience the benefits of a supportive, community-centered yoga class. Please bring a mat if you have one and come ready to move with intention as you transition into the weekend.
