I use tarot and oracle as mirrors,
not to predict your future,
but to reflect the truth that your soul
already knows, yet may be afraid to name.
We are creatures of comfort. Growing hurts.
And what we fear most is not failure —
it's outgrowing the identity we have relied on
for safety all of our lives.
I didn’t learn this through bypassing or “love and light.”
I learned it by sitting inside my own shame,
grief, confusion, and transformation so deeply
that it reshaped me.
Long before I ever pulled a single card,
I studied psychology, human behavior, trauma
and nervous system development,
spirituality, grief, identity reconstruction, and
the long arc of becoming.
You are not meant to define your becoming.
You are meant to live it in real time.
I bridge the science of structural metaphysics
with the spiritual art of remembering who you are.
Here’s the truth:
Your nervous system can’t hold the life
you dream of until it can hold
what you feel right now.
We don’t evolve in straight lines.
We evolve in loops — returning to
the same patterns, not because we’re failing,
but because each loop offers
another layer of awareness.
Until we have enough awareness
to finally choose differently.
That’s the work.
Not forcing change.
Not bypassing.
Not rushing to the positive.
But developing the capacity to sit in discomfort
long enough for truth to emerge.
Authenticity is the highest vibration.
But authenticity requires self-honesty,
nervous system capacity, and the courage
to feel your life while it’s happening.
If you’re ready to stop looping and start birthing
the next version of yourself, I would be
honored to sit with you.
🜂 The Session 40 minutes on Zoom
Recorded so you can return to it when you’re ready.
Tarot + archetypes + nervous system awareness.
Together we will clarify the pattern, the lesson,
and the next aligned step without forcing anything.
This is soul doula work.
I am simply holding the lantern while you walk yourself home.
And the truth is —
sitting with you heals me too.
This work feeds me.
It is not extractive.
It is communion.
I love what I do.
If you feel your chest soften reading this — that’s your yes.
If you feel your stomach tighten — that’s your edge.
Both are welcome.
When you’re ready:
Let’s meet.
Your next self is already waiting.
