This call is for people who are ready to explore The Conscious Collective with me and want to talk through the specifics of joining the first cycle.
Think of it as a grounded, real conversation about alignment—not pressure, not persuasion. Just clarity.
We’ll look at:
- What you’re hoping to get out of a space like this
- What’s happening in your life, energy, and growth right now
- Whether the rhythm, container, and commitments of the program feel like a good fit
- Any questions or hesitations you want to unpack together
If it makes sense for you, we’ll talk through the next steps for joining the January cycle. If it doesn’t, that’s just as important to know. This call is about discernment, not convincing. :-)

What is The Conscious Collective?
The Conscious Collective: Where Mind Meets Soul is a guided reading + reflection space for deep thinkers, seekers, and sensitive souls who want to actually live the wisdom in spiritual or psychological texts—not just consume it.
Each 3-month cycle centers on one transformative book (beginning with A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle), explored slowly and intentionally through short weekly gatherings and optional reflective prompts that help the insights land.
For those who desire deeper integration, there’s the Collective+ tier: twice-monthly 75-minute group coaching calls devoted to pattern-spotting, embodied awareness, and shifting the stories that get in the way of living what you’re learning.
Read. Reflect. Integrate.

Who’s behind this project?
Kate Paullin is a holistic depth coach, reflective writer, and founder of Follow the Dopamine—a holistic coaching space for curious, self-aware humans. Her work centers on helping people bridge the gap between knowing and living—turning insight into embodiment through curiosity, self-trust, and emotional clarity.
The Conscious Collective grows naturally out of that mission: to help people not just learn about themselves, but live what they learn.
