Ce bilan est une lecture complète de ton état mental, émotionnel et énergétique. Il met en lumière ce qui te freine, ce qui cherche à se rééquilibrer, et les pistes concrètes pour retrouver ton axe intérieur.Il s’articule autour d’un entretien approfondi (≈1h30), d’une analyse personnelle après séance et d’une restitution (≈30 à 40 min). Tu repars avec une vision claire de tes schémas, de tes besoins profonds et de la direction juste pour toi. Ici tu réserves l'entretien approfondi 1h30, et nous conviendront ensemble du rendez-vous pour la restitution et du format. 👉 Ce bilan peut être vécu seul ou comme première étape de l’accompagnement Traversée, dont le montant est alors déduit si tu choisis de poursuivre.
