What would a balanced class feel like, from a movement perspective?
So often in many movement-based classes, we are given the impression that more is better; but what if we shifted that perspective, and considered what our bodies need holistically? Perhaps a balance between movement and rest is what we are really needing.
Feel Work is a new class that blends breath, bodily awareness and intentional movement to not only release tension but also build resilience and strength that feels grounded, supple, and sustainable.
Join us to move mindfully, find a sense of balance, and rest with intention, so that we can be in rhythm with what the body needs.
