What would a balanced class feel like, from a movement perspective?

So often in many movement-based classes, we are given the impression that more is better; but what if we shifted that perspective, and considered what our bodies need holistically? Perhaps a balance between movement and rest is what we are really needing. 

Feel Work is a new class that blends breath, bodily awareness and intentional movement to not only release tension but also build resilience and strength that feels grounded, supple, and sustainable.

Join us to move mindfully, find a sense of balance, and rest with intention, so that we can be in rhythm with what the body needs.

Ground Work

Class Description

Ground Work is a steady, supportive practice where yoga meets embodied movement. We explore the foundational shapes and flows of yoga, paired with mindful, functional movement patterns that help you feel more connected, mobile, and at ease in your body. Through breath, alignment, and body awareness, you’ll build strength from the ground up - physically and energetically - while cultivating movement habits that allow us to move through daily life with more presence, less struggle and more freedom. This class is perfect if you are just starting out a movement practice, or if you are looking to reconnect with the essentials.

This class welcomes prenatal and postpartum people.

Guided by birth physiology and positioning techniques, our sessions integrate elements from renowned methodologies such as Spinning Babies® and Body Ready Method®, alongside Restorative Yoga and mindfulness practices. Embrace the transformative power of birth-informed movement and mindfulness as you prepare for pregnancy, labour, and birth.

Postnatal Yoga - Bring Along Baby!


Class description

The postpartum period is a delicate and pivotal time for rest and recovery. This bring-along-baby postnatal class offers gentle movement, breathwork, and restorative practices to support your healing body and nervous system. More than just a yoga class, it’s a space to be in community—with time for sharing, listening, and simply being with others navigating the postpartum journey. Come as you are, with your baby in arms or not.

Restorative Yoga - 2-hr special

Class Description
Experience the luxury of an extended Restorative Yoga practice, with plenty of time to explore restful shapes in ways that honour wherever your body is landing on the day. Blankets, bolsters, blocks and eye pillows will provide the physical support required in order to soothe frazzled nerves, and begin to rejuvenate tired minds. Dress comfortably and prepare to sink into an afternoon of ease and quietude.
