This is a 90-minute space where we get to know each other and create embodied intentions for you to hold during your time in the program. They are the vision you have for yourself on this journey.
Below are some questions that will help you reflect on what is important to you in terms of intentions. You can come to our session already having answers to these questions or you can come with simply a general idea. We will create the intentions together in the moment.
a. Imagine yourself at the end of the group program - what do you feel and experience in your relationship with yourself that you don’t have now?
b. Imagine yourself at the end of the group program - what do you feel and experience in your relationship with food that you don’t have now?
c. In an ideal world, how would your life be different?
d. How would you like to move through this program? How would you like to experience yourself in the program? (Ie. I would like to slow down, I would like to be compassionate with myself, not pressure myself, I would like to trust the process, etc.)?
